Role Summary
Deloitte is seeking a SharePoint Technical Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions for its member firms supported by Deloitte USI. The role focuses on modern SharePoint development, workflow automation, and Microsoft cloud technologies to support communications, knowledge management, learning, and business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- SharePoint Development: Design, develop, and enhance SharePoint Online solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Site Customization: Configure and optimize SharePoint sites, web components, lists, libraries, content types, site columns, navigation, search, and permissions.
- SPFx Development: Build customized solutions using SharePoint Framework and related development technologies.
- Testing and Deployment: Conduct unit testing, package solutions, and deploy them across development and production environments.
- Quality Assurance: Validate functionality, performance, reliability, and cross-browser and device compatibility.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve code defects, application bugs, and user-access issues.
- Workflow Automation: Develop low-code applications and automate business workflows using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
- DevOps Coordination: Use Azure DevOps to manage user stories and support project delivery.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with lead developers, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve technical challenges.
- Documentation: Maintain technical documentation, user guides, FAQs, and training materials.
Key Qualifications
- B.E., B.Tech., or M.Tech. with at least 60% marks or a 6.5 GPA throughout and no active backlogs.
- At least 1 year of experience developing modern SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx.
- Experience with HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, XSLT, and Bootstrap.
- Experience configuring SharePoint Online components, lists, libraries, content types, navigation, search, and permissions.
- Experience using SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio to customize SharePoint solutions.
- Experience developing applications and workflow automation using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience with unit testing, solution packaging, deployment, and Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, JSON, Kendo UI, and Microsoft Azure is preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, and Microsoft Teams is an advantage.
Work Schedule
The position is based in Hyderabad, India, with shift timings from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST.
