Role Overview
Cyntexa is seeking an analytical, proactive, and business-savvy Technical Analyst to join our Engineering team in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. In this full-time role, you will act as a pivotal bridge between business stakeholders, clients, and technical engineering squads. You will be responsible for eliciting detailed requirements, architecting scalable system integration solutions, driving Proof of Concept (POC) development, supporting pre-sales discussions, and facilitating agile team standups to ensure robust software delivery that optimizes system performance while reducing costs.
Core Responsibilities
- Requirements Elicitation & Analysis: Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, workflow analyses, and use-case modeling to translate complex client business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
- System Architecture & Integration: Design, evaluate, and implement structured IT architectures, enterprise integration solutions, and database workflows, leveraging advanced knowledge of SQL and modern technical stacks.
- POC Ownership & Pre-Sales Collaboration: Drive end-to-end Proof of Concept (POC) creation, evaluate emerging technologies, and assist senior leadership in pre-sales discovery calls and client-handling presentations.
- Agile Facilitation & Project Planning: Conduct daily standup meetings, remove technical blockers for development teams, and apply defined estimation techniques to forecast project timelines and deliverables.
- Testing & Incident Investigation: Conduct root-cause investigations on system and application issues, identify architectural bugs, and formulate timely remediation plans.
- Documentation & User Enablement: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, architecture diagrams, process manuals, and conduct training sessions to ensure smooth end-user adoption.
- Governance & Licensing: Monitor product licensing requirements, ensure software compliance with industry regulations, and implement best practices in Git version control and release management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: 2 to 3+ years of proven hands-on experience in technical analysis, business systems analysis, or IT solution architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL querying, database fundamentals, system integration paradigms, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Methodologies: Solid working knowledge of Agile/Scrum project management methodologies and software development life cycles (SDLC).
- Business Acumen & Client Handling: Ability to grasp enterprise business models, evaluate economic and industry trends, and communicate fluently with both engineering teams and non-technical client executives.
- Communication & Leadership: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with strong problem-solving and task-prioritization capabilities.
