Role Summary
CrowdStrike is hiring a Lead AI Engineer for its Core Tech Go-To-Market (GTM) IT Apps team in Remote, India (Shift Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST). In this technical leadership role, you will drive the hands-on engineering and architecture of agentic AI capabilities, autonomous multi-agent systems, and RAG pipelines across CrowdStrike's GTM ecosystem, including Salesforce, Agentforce, Slack, and custom in-house AI platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Agentic AI Architecture: Design and build production-grade LLM workflows, multi-agent systems, and autonomous agent capabilities using LangChain, LangGraph, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and Agentcore.
- RAG & Knowledge Retrieval: Architect enterprise Knowledge Grounding frameworks, semantic search pipelines, vector retrieval mechanisms, and token-optimized RAG architectures.
- Salesforce & GTM Platform Integration: Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Platform Events, and Agentforce agent actions for automated sales and customer workflows.
- Governance, Security & Evaluation: Implement LLM quality benchmarking, hallucination reduction strategies, error handling/fallbacks, and prompt injection security controls.
- Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Lead engineering delivery, conduct code reviews, enforce AI engineering standards, and mentor mid and senior engineers on agentic system design.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- Experience: 8+ years of core software development experience, with 3+ years in a Lead or Principal role delivering production AI/ML software.
- Mandatory Technical Stack: Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen), RAG/Vector databases, and Salesforce (Apex, LWC, Agentforce).
- Preferred Technical Exposure: AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Slack app development, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Copado), and Salesforce Platform Developer II / Application Architect certifications.
- Work Setup: Full-time Remote position in India with shift timings between 2:00 PM and 11:00 PM IST.
