Role Summary
Concentrix is hiring an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong backend orientation (60% Java / 40% Angular UI) to join its engineering team. In this role, you will design and maintain enterprise-grade applications built on Java 17+, Spring Boot 3.x, and Angular. You will lead module delivery, implement asynchronous JMS messaging, build REST/SOAP web services, and leverage AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot for code optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Backend Development: Design, build, and deploy enterprise microservices and RESTful/SOA web services using Java 17+ and Spring Boot 3.x / Spring Framework 6.x.
- Frontend Engineering: Develop modern Single Page Application (SPA) user interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive HTML/CSS.
- Messaging & Architecture: Implement asynchronous enterprise messaging using JMS (ActiveMQ, IBM MQ, or RabbitMQ) across Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA).
- Code Quality & Mentorship: Enforce clean architecture principles (SOLID), conduct peer code reviews, utilize static analysis tools (SonarQube/Checkstyle), and mentor junior engineers.
- AI Integration & Tooling: Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate coding, testing, and refactoring workflows.
Key Qualifications
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Experience: 5 to 7 years of hands-on software development experience with a strong backend focus.
- Core Backend Stack: Deep expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot 3.x, Spring 6.x, JMS messaging, Maven, and REST/SOAP API design.
- Core Frontend Stack: Proficient in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6/ES7), custom CSS, state management, and asynchronous API integration.
- Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with event-driven streaming (Kafka), Spring Security / OAuth2, Docker, and CI/CD automation pipelines.
- Soft Skills: Strong technical leadership, problem-solving skills, and excellent English communication skills.
