Role Summary
Coforge is hiring a Guidewire Billing Developer / Architect to design, develop, configure, and customize Guidewire BillingCenter applications across enterprise P&C Insurance projects. In this role, you will build business rules, workflows, PCF screens, and batch processes, implement SOAP/REST external web service integrations, and participate in cloud migrations, platform upgrades, and production support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- BillingCenter Development: Design, configure, and customize Guidewire BillingCenter applications, PCF screens, data models, and business workflows.
- Integration Engineering: Build integrations with external systems using SOAP/REST APIs, messaging services, XML, JSON, and the Guidewire Integration Framework.
- Cloud & Upgrades: Participate in Guidewire Cloud migrations, application upgrades, defect resolution, unit testing, and code reviews.
- SDLC & Collaboration: Partner with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and insurance stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum delivery setup while upholding Guidewire coding standards.
Key Qualifications
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc / MCA / M.Tech or Any Graduate degree.
- Experience: 3 to 12 years of hands-on experience in Guidewire BillingCenter development and configuration.
- Mandatory Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Guidewire BillingCenter, Gosu, GUnit, PCF, Business Rules, Guidewire Integration Framework, REST/SOAP APIs, Guidewire Cloud Platform, and P&C Insurance domain concepts.
- Preferred / Nice-to-Have: Guidewire BillingCenter Developer Certification, Guidewire ACE Certification, experience with PolicyCenter/ClaimCenter integration touchpoints, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps), and SQL databases.
