In this core engineering role, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise software solutions and applications. Operating with minimal supervision, you will apply scientific methods and structured engineering principles to research, design, code, and support robust applications, ensuring delivered code meets established quality and architectural standards.
Core Responsibilities
- Application Development: Build, test, and maintain robust, high-quality software solutions and application features adhering to established design principles.
- Problem Analysis & Resolution: Apply scientific and structured programming methods to analyze technical requirements and debug complex engineering challenges.
- Code Optimization & Maintenance: Continuously optimize existing software systems to improve performance, maintainability, and operational stability.
- Technical Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional software teams, project managers, and stakeholders to achieve planned milestones and deliverables.
- Quality & Standards: Execute unit testing, participate in code reviews, and align development work with Professional Community engineering standards.
- Mentorship & Guidance: Exercise technical judgment and assist in guiding and reviewing technical deliverables within the project team.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related engineering field.
- Professional Experience: 1+ years of dedicated, hands-on software development and application engineering experience.
- Core Foundations: Solid understanding of core programming concepts, software design architectures, and modern software development lifecycles (SDLC).
- Execution & Delivery: Demonstrated ability to organize project tasks, solve non-routine technical issues, and deliver quality results within defined schedules.
- Methodologies (Preferred): Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), unit testing frameworks, and Agile/Scrum delivery models.
