Role Summary
Capgemini is hiring a Gen AI / Agentic AI Engineer for its Software Engineering practice across Kolkata, Pune, Hyderabad, and Bangalore. In this advanced AI/ML engineering role, you will design, architect, and deploy generative AI solutions, autonomous agentic workflows, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) platforms. You will engineer deep learning models, implement NLP pipelines, and leverage modern machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow to transform client platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- GenAI & Agentic AI Engineering: Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI workflows, LLM applications, and RAG architectures tailored to enterprise requirements.
- NLP & Deep Learning: Architect and fine-tune Natural Language Processing models, neural networks, and machine learning algorithms using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Model Evaluation & Integration: Evaluate AI platform capabilities, limitations, and performance metrics to optimize inference latency, context retrieval, and output quality.
- End-to-End AI Lifecycle Management: Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to integrate generative AI models securely into broader business and cloud environments.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Experience: 4–14 years of professional software and AI/ML engineering experience with direct exposure to Generative AI implementations.
- Mandatory Technical Stack: Generative AI, Agentic AI frameworks, NLP, RAG, Neural Networks, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and advanced Machine Learning algorithms.
- Preferred Technical Exposure: Hands-on experience designing custom AI model pipelines and deploying LLMs in cloud-native production environments.
