Role Summary
Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is hiring an Operational Innovations Senior Analyst for its Gurgaon office. In this role, you will support strategic transformation and digital enablement initiatives across BCG's internal global functions. You will conduct qualitative and quantitative data analyses, build business improvement plans, support end-to-end process redesign, assist change management execution, and develop senior executive reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Insights: Perform qualitative and quantitative data evaluations to extract key business insights, shape operational improvement plans, and build business cases.
- Process Redesign & Deliverables: Support the end-to-end redesign of internal business processes, defining end-state operational models and actionable implementation roadmaps.
- Change Management & Communications: Partner with Change Leads to conduct change impact analyses, build user enablement campaigns, and translate project objectives into concrete employee communications.
- Project Tracking & Governance: Track project KPIs, timelines, and budget parameters to ensure initiatives meet defined target outcomes and develop senior management reporting.
Key Qualifications
- Education: University degree or equivalent, ideally in a business-related discipline.
- Experience: Relevant analyst-level experience working in a multi-national or large-scale corporate environment.
- Mandatory Skills: Strong quantitative/qualitative data analysis capabilities, process mapping, project management fundamentals, and structured stakeholder communication.
- Preferred Exposure: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, digital enablement tools, change impact assessment, and employee engagement strategies.
- Core Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational ability, continuous learning mindset, and comfort operating at pace in a matrixed enterprise.
