Global IT Platform Engineer Manager - Azure & Power Platform

Role Summary

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is hiring a Global IT Platform Engineer Manager - Azure & Power Platform for its Digital Marketing platform engineering team in Gurgaon. In this cloud platform engineering role, you will provision, manage, and monitor core Azure cloud infrastructure, manage credential lifecycles, enforce tagging and cost-code discipline, and manage CI/CD deployment pipelines for Power Platform solutions using GitHub Actions. You will also work with Azure Function Apps, Azure API Management (APIM), and observability tools to ensure system availability and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Azure Cloud Provisioning & Operations: Configure and manage core Azure services including Subscriptions, Azure Service Bus, Key Vault, and Azure Function Apps to support global digital marketing applications.
• CI/CD & Power Platform Engineering: Build and maintain automated deployment pipelines for Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) solutions using GitHub Actions and Git.
• Observability & Secret Management: Set up continuous monitoring and logging using Azure Monitor and Application Insights; manage credential/secret expiration lifecycles and tagging/cost-code budget tracking.
• API Management & Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with senior engineers on Azure API Management (APIM) configurations and contribute to Center of Excellence (CoE) knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Key Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Azure Cloud infrastructure and platform engineering.
• Mandatory Technical Stack: Microsoft Azure services (Service Bus, Key Vault), Power Platform basics, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps, Git version control, and Azure Monitor/Application Insights.
• Preferred Technical Exposure: Azure Function Apps, Azure API Management (APIM), AZ-900 or PL-900 certifications, and Azure AI platform services.
