Role Summary
Birlasoft Limited is hiring an Ivanti Developer to join its Enterprise Service Management practice in Pune / Noida. In this role, you will design, develop, configure, and maintain ITSM and ESM solutions built on the Ivanti platform (Ivanti Service Manager / Neurons). You will build custom workflows, business objects, automation scripts, and API integrations to streamline IT operations across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Engineering: Design, develop, customize, and maintain end-to-end ITSM solutions on the Ivanti platform.
- Module Configuration: Configure and enhance core ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Asset Management, and CMDB.
- Workflow Automation: Build and customize business rules, forms, dashboards, and automated workflows using JavaScript or PowerShell to drive operational efficiency.
- API & System Integration: Build and maintain third-party application integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and web services.
- Production Support & Upgrades: Troubleshoot application defects, provide timely incident resolution, and support platform upgrades, patching, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Qualifications
- Core Experience: 4 to 6 years of overall software development experience with 3+ years of hands-on expertise in the Ivanti platform.
- Architecture Depth: Strong technical knowledge of Ivanti ITSM / Ivanti Neurons architecture, forms, business objects, and customization capabilities.
- Technical Scripting: Hands-on experience with JavaScript, PowerShell, and writing database queries in SQL engines.
- ITIL Alignment: Familiarity with ITIL processes, Incident/Change workflows, and Enterprise Service Management (ESM) concepts.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving skills, detail orientation, and excellent stakeholder communication capabilities.
