Role Summary
Atos is hiring a Platform Engineer - ServiceNow for a global role across its Bangalore and Chennai centers. Working closely with the CTO office, enterprise architects, and product leads, you will engineer, integrate, secure, and optimize enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. This role focuses on delivering next-generation AI-powered workflows, intelligent automation via Now Assist, scoped application development, and robust third-party system integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Engineering: Design, build, and support enterprise ServiceNow platform capabilities using App Engine, Flow Designer, Workflow Studio, and custom scoped applications across dev, test, and production environments.
- System Integration: Build and maintain secure integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Scripted REST services, MID Servers, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and external data connectors.
- AI & Automation Delivery: Implement AI-driven platform capabilities leveraging Virtual Agent, Now Assist, AI Search, autonomous AI agents, and automated workflows.
- Platform Security & Performance: Enforce role-based access controls (RBAC), OAuth, SSO, MFA, and encryption protocols while maintaining system health, speed, and reliability.
- DevOps & Governance: Support continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, release cycles, platform upgrades, automated testing, and global governance frameworks.
Key Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of dedicated hands-on ServiceNow platform engineering experience, within 8+ years of overall enterprise application and automation background.
- Technical Mastery: Strong expertise in Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Workflow Studio, Workflow Data Fabric (WDF), JavaScript, Glide APIs, MID Servers, and authentication security.
- Mandatory Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Preferred Credentials & Skills: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or CIS certifications; hands-on exposure to Now Assist, Virtual Agent, CMDB, Performance Analytics, or iPaaS/API Gateways.
