Role Summary
Ascendion is hiring an Entry Level Associate for its Direct Hire recruitment team in Vadodara, Gujarat. The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, recruitment coordination, and communication with candidates and North American sales teams. This position follows US shift timings.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Analysis: Review job descriptions and understand client requirements to develop candidate search plans.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify potential candidates through job portals, internal databases, and social media.
- Candidate Assessment: Evaluate applicants' relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies.
- Recruitment Coordination: Schedule interviews and manage coordination throughout the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
- Candidate Relationships: Build strong relationships with candidates and encourage referrals.
- Offer Negotiation: Negotiate wage rates and employment terms and obtain candidate commitments.
- Resume Submission: Submit candidate resumes to hiring managers for consideration.
- Candidate Communication: Provide timely updates through email, voice calls, and video calls.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Partner with the North American onsite sales team to understand client requirements.

Shift Details
