Role Summary

• Technical Investigation: Lead investigations into issues involving Guardicore Segmentation and Zero Trust products.
• Root Cause Analysis: Analyze recurring technical issues and propose solutions to prevent them from happening again.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to resolve complex customer problems.
• Service Responsiveness: Maintain high availability and respond promptly to customer support requirements.

Key Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience providing technical solutions and support to B2B customers.
• Mandatory knowledge of the Linux operating system.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Knowledge of virtualization and cloud technologies.
• Basic scripting knowledge in languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
