Role Summary
AiPrise is hiring a Software Engineer II for its core engineering team in Bengaluru. In this high-ownership role, you will design, develop, and deploy production features across AiPrise's compliance orchestration, vendor integration, and AI agent platforms. You will build scalable RESTful microservices orchestrating 80+ compliance vendor APIs, construct case management workflows for KYB/AML processes, mentor junior engineers, and manage production cloud deployments on AWS.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Feature Leadership: Own complete platform features from initial design to code development, automated testing, continuous deployment, and production monitoring.
- Microservices & Orchestration: Architect scalable REST APIs and microservices interfacing with third-party identity, sanctions screening, and document verification vendors.
- Data Pipelines & Workflows: Engineer high-throughput data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and routing KYB, KYC, and AML compliance datasets at scale.
- Mentorship & Engineering Quality: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, debug production incidents, and enhance system observability.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production systems.
- Mandatory Technical Stack: Strong programming fundamentals in Python, Go, Java, or Node.js, REST APIs, relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), cloud platforms (AWS preferred), Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
- Preferred Exposure: Experience in FinTech/RegTech, event-driven architectures (Kafka/SQS), NoSQL/Elasticsearch, frontend development (React/TypeScript), and Infrastructure as Code (Kubernetes/Terraform).
- Core Competencies: High ownership, strong system design capabilities, mentorship ability, and excellent technical communication skills.
