Role Summary
AiPrise is hiring a Software Engineer I for its core engineering team in Bengaluru. In this end-to-end "build it, ship it, own it" role, you will design, develop, and deploy production features across AiPrise's compliance orchestration and AI agent platforms. You will build RESTful microservices orchestrating 80+ compliance vendor APIs, construct case management workflows for KYB/AML processes, engineer scalable data pipelines, and optimize production system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Feature Ownership: Take feature requirements from initial design to code development, automated testing, continuous deployment, and production monitoring.
- Orchestration APIs & Microservices: Design and scale RESTful APIs and microservices that interface with third-party identity, sanctions screening, and document verification vendors.
- Compliance Data Pipelines: Build and optimize high-throughput data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and routing KYB, KYC, and AML compliance data at scale.
- Technical Excellence & Debugging: Write clean, documented code, conduct peer reviews, debug production issues, and build observability metrics into deployed services.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production systems.
- Mandatory Technical Stack: Strong programming fundamentals in a modern backend language (Python, Go, Java, or Node.js), REST APIs, relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Preferred Exposure: Experience in FinTech/RegTech, message queues (Kafka, SQS), NoSQL/Elasticsearch, frontend frameworks (React, TypeScript), and ML/AI integration.
- Core Competencies: High ownership mindset, strong problem-solving skills, urgent incident debugging, and effective cross-functional communication.
