Role Summary
Accenture is hiring a Web Developer - ServiceNow HRSD (Packaged Application Development Senior Analyst) for its delivery teams across Hyderabad and Bengaluru. In this role, you will design, build, and test enterprise employee-facing web portals and digital workflows leveraging the ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) platform. You will implement responsive interface components, configure business rules, integrate RESTful web services, and author clear technical design specifications to enhance employee self-service capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- ServiceNow HRSD Portal Engineering: Design, configure, and maintain modern web applications, employee service centers, and custom portal widgets using ServiceNow HRSD, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Integration & Workflow Delivery: Connect front-end web components with backend ServiceNow modules and third-party systems via RESTful APIs and web services.
- Quality & Testing: Execute unit and integration testing across custom portal pages, debug UI and script issues, and optimize application rendering performance.
- Technical Documentation & Mentorship: Author architectural design documents and technical specifications, support standard operating procedures, and provide guidance to junior developers.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Minimum 15 years of full-time education (Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field).
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow web development, with dedicated delivery on the HRSD module.
- Core Stack: Proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD, ServiceNow Service Portal, client-side/server-side JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and REST APIs.
- Nice to Have: Hands-on experience with AngularJS, ServiceNow Glide APIs, Certified Implementation Specialist - HR (CIS-HR) certification, and ITIL process frameworks.
- Professional Competencies: Independent problem-solving ability, clear technical communication, and collaborative cross-functional delivery.
