Role Summary
Accenture is hiring a Trust & Safety New Associate for its Content Moderation & Responsible AI division in Bengaluru, Karnataka. In this role, you will review, evaluate, and moderate user-generated content (video, text, audio, profiles) across digital platforms. You will also test, prompt, and challenge Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI systems to ensure content safety, policy compliance, and alignment with Responsible AI guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Moderation & Policy Review: Analyze user-generated content (text, images, audio, video) to identify and action policy violations, user-reported issues, and flagged system alerts.
- Responsible AI & LLM Evaluation: Design and execute prompt strategies to test Large Language Models (LLMs) for safety, toxic output, medical/legal disclaimers, and adversarial AI scenarios.
- Data Analysis & Escalations: Investigate complex content safety incidents, synthesize platform telemetry, and collaborate with cross-functional Trust & Safety teams to refine content policies.
- Objective Quality Assurance: Enforce platform guidelines objectively and without personal bias, maintaining high attention to detail in high-volume environments.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Any Graduation degree (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., B.Tech, BCA, BBA, etc.).
- Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience (Freshers / Entry-level candidates welcome).
- Mandatory Skills: Strong English comprehension and communication skills, critical thinking, objective decision-making, and high emotional resilience / stress management.
- Preferred Exposure: Passion for internet safety, familiarity with Generative AI / LLMs, prompt testing, and awareness of current social/cultural dynamics.
- Work Setup: Full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka (may involve rotational shifts and exposure to sensitive/objectionable digital content).
