About the Role:

As a Support Specialist (Retail), you will be the face of Revolut to millions of customers worldwide. The role focuses on delivering outstanding 24/7 customer support through in-app chat, email, or phone, and solving issues with empathy, problem-solving skills, and efficiency. Unlike traditional support jobs, Revolut empowers specialists to think independently instead of following scripts—ensuring customers feel valued and confident while using Revolut’s features.

This position requires flexibility to work night shifts and weekends, given the global nature of Revolut. Revolut also offers career growth opportunities, with training programs to help employees transition into other departments within the company if desired.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex information simply
  • Good analytical, IT, and writing skills
  • High attention to detail and empathy towards customers
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and driven attitude
  • Independent problem-solver with eagerness to learn
  • Willingness to work night shifts and weekends

Preferred:

  • Previous customer support experience
  • Fluency in additional languages
