You’ll be designing and executing data models and dashboards using Power BI and DAX, performing in-depth analysis, and presenting findings to both technical and non-technical teams. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant data handling
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills to communicate insights effectively
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with multiple deliverables
• Leadership and mentoring abilities to guide junior analysts
• Exposure to predictive modeling or machine learning (preferred)
