In This Role, You Will:

  • Collaborate in Agile and Waterfall project environments to plan and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including functional, regression, visual, and usability/accessibility assessments.
  • Participate actively in scrum ceremonies to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Engage with a diverse team of backend and frontend developers, testers, UX/UI designers, scrum masters, and managers to drive quality outcomes.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and tools, particularly in QA Automation, Accessibility, and AI, contributing innovative ideas to enhance the testing process.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in both manual and automated testing frameworks such as Selenium.
  • Proven experience in rapid test planning, execution, and reporting cycles.
  • Familiarity with core testing methodologies, including boundary value analysis, functional and visual testing, cross-browser/device testing, sanity and smoke testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Ability to craft thorough and precise test cases and scenarios to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Demonstrated skill in identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs to resolution.
  • Experience with test management tools like JIRA and working within Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Exposure to AI tools and techniques in the QA process is highly desirable.
  • Strong self-motivation, problem-solving abilities, and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for effective teamwork in cross-functional settings.
