About the Role:

Cisco offers a unique opportunity through its Apprentice Program, designed for recent non-engineering graduates to gain corporate experience, industry knowledge, and technical skills in a world-class work environment. As an apprentice, you may be placed in roles such as Sales Operations Analyst – Trainee or Finance Analyst – Trainee, depending on business needs.

This 12-month program, aligned with the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS), is an excellent chance to contribute to real business operations at a leading tech company while building your skills and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Operations Analyst – Trainee:

  • Assist with data analysis and crunching
  • Support execution of New Year Readiness (NYR) activities
  • Collaborate on account creation processes
  • Coordinate with segments on new programs or projects

Finance Analyst – Trainee:

  • Learn and document business requirements and standard operating procedures
  • Understand company bookkeeping via guided actions
  • Assist with various finance tasks
  • Learn and use analytical tools to support business decisions
  • Present data and insights clearly for business use
  • Conduct metrics analysis to provide actionable information

Key Technical Skills:

MS Office tools, Data analysis, Documentation, Communication skills

Requirements:

  • 3-year Non-Engineering Degree (B.Com, BBA, BA, BBM etc.)
  • 2024 graduate with a Provisional Degree Certificate
  • Enrolled in NATS Portal with a valid enrollment number
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication, proactive attitude, willingness to learn
  • Must be available for 12 months starting August 2025
