This program is tailored for students completing their degree between December 2024 and May 2025 with limited or no full-time work experience post-graduation.

About the Program:

The New Analyst Program is a comprehensive entry-level initiative that provides fresh graduates with the foundational knowledge, practical experience, and network to succeed in the financial industry. During this program, participants will:

• Gain an in-depth understanding of Goldman Sachs’ operations and business structure.
• Acquire hands-on experience supporting various business functions.
• Participate in specialized training and mentorship programs.
• Collaborate with teams across multiple divisions and global offices.
• Build long-term professional relationships within and beyond their core teams.

The program is designed to ensure a smooth transition from academia to the professional world, focusing on continuous learning and professional development.

Duration:

The program is scheduled to begin in Summer 2025.

Requirements:

• Students graduating with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree between December 2024 and May 2025.
• Little to no full-time post-graduate work experience.
• Strong academic background and eagerness to learn.
• Demonstrated interest in financial services and professional development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
