About the Role:

Capita is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Analyst - Learning Services to join its team in Vikhroli West, Mumbai. The role involves developing and testing engaging digital learning content and supporting the LMS (Learning Management System) team to meet high operational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Create digital learning content as per client and internal specifications.
• Work extensively with digital content creation tools such as Articulate 360, Evolve, Vyond, VideoScribe, and other media tools including audio, video, HTML5.
• Apply instructional design methodologies like ADDIE to ensure structured content development.
• Meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Test and validate digital content integrated with LMS (SCORM, xAPI, etc.).
• Create and manage assessments, evaluations, and course components within the LMS.
• Upload, test, and deploy content such as videos, SCORM packages, etc.
• Generate, analyze, and distribute reports related to learning content and engagement.
• Provide technical support related to e-learning and LMS issues via email and phone.
• Handle ad hoc data/reporting requests from business teams and Group Learning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Media, or related field
• Experience in using digital learning content creation tools
• Familiarity with instructional design models like ADDIE
• Basic knowledge of LMS functionalities and standards like SCORM/xAPI
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical content issues
